Over charging is consistent. His knowledge is very questionable, his decisions superseded CRA guidelines. His decisions can be completely contrary to evidence. In my opinion he is a terrible arbitrator and should not be practicing or certified. Stay Far Far Away.

Will focus on overcharging you. Had a similar experience. His knowledge of the law is shallow. So long as he xan give you false hope he will continue to charge. Stay away.
