Mr. Hickey tries to get involved in areas of the law that he knows NOTHING about! Is very wet behind the ears! Doesn't keep appoints and extremely unknowledgable so he tries to make up for that by bullying people. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

Mr. Hickey would not return phone calls nor emails…even after he started a dialogue with me.
On two occasions he set up appointments with me and was a no show on both.
His website claims the following:
“With Willam F. Hickey, you get Personal Service and Personal Attention!”
And yet he treated me in the rudest manner!
