Are you the type of team player that is reliable, productive, enthusiastic? One day, you are doing the job of two and BAM an injury occurred that takes you out of the (work) game. You are, now, sidelined on the "injured reserved" list. WHO YOU GONNA CALL? Jason M. Weinstock, ESQ because Ghostbusters are not certified in the field of Specialist Workers' Compensation Law. Workers' Compensation (WC) will assign you an agent that rarely answers her phone with an outdated voice mail? You are assured that you will be receiving WC checks, but they arrive 3 weeks late. I signed on with Jason Weinstock as my lawyer and new Head Coach. He listened to my concerns and advised an advantageous strategy. He does not proceed unless you are at peace. He does all the correspondence, paperwork, and talk. He becomes your voice and when he speaks, WC listens. A big "THANK YOU" to Mr. Weinstock who is considered the MVP among lawyers! A friend recommended I contact Ira H Weinstock because he had a positive experience dealing with them. I met with Jason the day after calling them to discuss my case. Any questions I could think of regarding workers comp claim were answered promptly, and communication was always very good between us. Not for a moment did I doubt or question their intellect on these matters.
They handled everything very professionally and He stuck by me through a case until we were able to close it and win a fair settlement.
