I had 3 different appointments with Mr Willis and when I showed up at his office, I was tx the appointment was canceled - but nobody from his office ever card me to tell me. I placed 7 calls to Mr Willis is 9 days and never received a return call. After I complained to Mr Willis's secretary, Mr Willis withdrew from my case and kept my retainer - leaving me with no representation or money for a new lawyer less than 3 weeks from my final hearing date. I have since found out that Mr Willis has a reputation for arrogance. Highly unprofessional / unethical!!
