Diane is my ex husband's lawyer and she is intentionally dragging this out going on 5 years now. She makes a lot of mistakes, is very aggressive in her replies. As a benefit to me, she was very ill prepared for mediation and she accidentally sent my lawyer my ex's customer snapshot from the bank so I had financial information that he did not disclose. This also shows that she will allow her clients to lie about their finances. It should be the lawyer's responsibility to hold her client accountable and speed things along. She allows her client to lie and drag things out as long as possible. She is a terrible person with no integrity and will happily prolong things to empty your bank account. She is also nasty and unkind in her correspondence which is totally unnecessary.

This woman is nasty and an embarrassment. I wish I never hired her. She is more about billing than she is family. Her handling of my case only made things worse. Spoke with attitude and not fact. My ex and I were drove further apart due to her and I believe this was to drive up her billing.

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Rude. Ignorant. The list can go on. Maybe at one point In the prime of her career something to talk about, but at this point she needs to take up knitting.

She makes mistakes. She cares more about what the other lawyers and third parties think. Not worth the money. There are much better lawyers in Toronto.

So far, so good. I have complete faith she will end my 11 year case well. She has heart and integrity, and knowledge. She is a pit bull when she needs to be. And above all, she is a decent person.
