Hired Mr. Hoover in the summer of 2005 then ended up suing him in small claims court and purposely had him served incorrectly so I would lose the case so I could sue him for every dime he has in a jury trial at a later date.I moved from CA to TX in a high conflict divorce. he called me one day and said be at court at 8 AM I said for what? He said just be there and hung up on me.At the court house we were sitting in a conference room and we talked for awhile and he spent the time trying to talk me out of pursuing normal visitation for my two children .....he didn't show me any paperwork and then we went into court and it a FULL BLOWN DIVORCE HEARING the divorce was approved by the judge and this CROOK never said anything or showed me any paperwork and as we left the court house I was looking the papers and there was NO VISITATION I was stunned I asked him what was going on and he said "oh your going to have to get it modified" I ended up losing my kids about 5 attorneys later ....

Great attorney. I would recommend him to anyone. Gives great advice and uses wisdom based on the "big picture", not on my "impulsive demands". Honest and reputable. Very knowledgable. He knows the law.

Runs up bills, if you need a sneaky lawyer who manipulates the legal system, this is your person. What happened to being just plain honest about your work.

Avoid this shyster. Bob Hoover has qualifications but needlessly extends legal actions and runs up big bills. My case took forever because he kept having unnecesary conversations with opposing counsel and took actions that I did not authorize. His hourly rate is very high and he is tenacious at running them up. He even billed for hours he did not work.
