This guy is a complete crook. He will take your money and find the quickest way to get it off his plate. Lied about the entire process of defense until the last minute, leaving no time to be fired. Regardless of what's good for the case he will do whats easiest for him. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy.

Well its 2022 and he is still a terrible lawyer. Not to mention his ethics. Takes your money tells you to take a plea and then when you find physical evidence of your innocence he says its irrelevent and you are going to jail. If you are looking for an attorney DO NOT Consider Dan Moore of Moore and Associates. Oh and by the way... There are no associates.. he is the only attorney in his practice. Too bad we can't all get together and do something about this guy. He is in Indianapolis practicing now. Don't be fooled by the consultation speech. The enthusiasm is gone as soon as he gets your lump sum payment.( it's cheaper that way he says.) The fancy office and fancy website are deceiving and tend to make you overlook the red flags that are obvious after he has taken your money and done nothing. Nothing in writing so if you replace him you are out your money and if he resigns as your attorney you are still out the money. I'm out of comment space or I would go on. Final word. DON'T..

He was absolutely awesome. Other lawyers went out of their way to talk with Dan, and one lawyer came up to me and actually said that I had the best lawyer possible. The prosecutor was watery eyed when dealing with Dan and was completely different with the other lawyers I seen him deal with. A good lawyer knows the judges and prosecutors in that county or counties. Dan definitely was worth it for me.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY TO ANYONE ..HE LIED ..DIDNT RETURN MY CALLS..BASHED ME TO THE ALLEGED VICTIM.. AND TOOK MY MONEY..

Could not believe the service provided for the $5000 i paid him. Misdemeanor crime with promise of dismissal that never came. When he realized i would not pay him anymore money he threatened me in front of the judge in court to withdraw from my case for conflict of interest.
