James Hornbuckle helped me sell my business and negotiate with my Landlord to exit my commercial lease. He was a great help throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way. Even after I had sold the business, Wells Fargo Bank tried to pursue me for a line of credit and Mr. Hornbuckle represented me and got the collection case dismissed. I used Mr. Hornbuckle for setting my new Corporation, and he took the time to go through the differences and recommended the best solution. Additionally, I am now moving my corporation, and Mr. Hornbuckle is in the process of assisting with both state and federal requirements, as well as what will work best for our tax benefits.
