Sadly one of the most corrupt ; greedy, unprofessional. Unethical attorney we have ever hired and experienced. I lost all my assets while rude being disrespectful for 20.000 doing nothing but false blames his clients in front of the judge . This lawyer did let me loose over 1 million and still says he did do an amazing job. He made me homeless; bankrupt and hungry . From 2 million to severe poverty

Someone registered the website domain name for our business and wanted thousands of dollars from us to reclaim it. We contacted James and he filed a trademark registration to protect our business name and then contacted the hijacker and was able to get the business website name returned to us without having to pay the hijacker. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend him.

I hired this lawyer and firm to do my sons bankrupty in May 2011 we were paid in full by August 2011 they have not given us a case number or anything but a bunch of excuses.... They took my money in good faith but have not done there job promised. Cannot even reach the attorney only members of his staff that r full of excuses

He was handling a few cases for me & there was no follow thru. Missed court dates, slow to serve people, idol promises, missed appointments, the list goes on & on. More & more people in my BNI group stopped referring & stopped using him. He has a radio spot that says he is an ex-minister turned lawyer. If I would have known that before I wouldn't have trusted him. Anytime someone says they are a good christian or brings up religion, it throws up a red flag for me. They are the ones not to trust. I have lost thousands of dollars because one of my cases was appealed & we missed the appeal date. He promised to file the paperwork for us to appeal but never did. 5 months later he still hasn't done it after promising me it would be done 3 months ago. I have to constantly follow up with him to make sure things are getting done & than hope he does them.
