Brian was fined by the Ontario Bar Association for misleading advertising that misrepresented his legal practise. In my opinion, it's not a good idea to go into court with a lawyer who has been fined by the Ontario Bar Association. Brian Goldfinger works on a volume business model He "seems" to be concerned about your case and your future but he is only interested in whatever settlement he can extract from the other side in the shortest time frame possible which isn't necessarily in your best interest. Google "Brian Goldfinger" before you decide to use him as a lawyer.

I wish i would had seen the above comments because i would have used somwone else. Horrible in my opinion only looking out to settle at any cost to his clients as long as he gets what he wants. I felt like he backed me into a corner, mislead me bullied me into signing. He said that his outof pocket expenses would be for photocopying and getting medical reports from doctors. Then i was faced with a 10,000 bill on top of 30%.Please anyone seeing these rating please please take heed and go with so eone else. Was just calling to find out about a personal injury I had to a so called personal injury lawyer who in turn was rude and ignorant... feel sorry for him to be such a miserable person

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that's looking for a personal injury lawyer. I don't understand how somebody could say that Brian is a bad communicator.
