So far its been good working with the Sam bernstein firm my lawyer just joined there team and has made the drive all the way up to kalkaska just to go over paper and if that don't make you feel like your in good hands the. I do nt know what does ive received a birth day card from Sam his self and im glad they took my snowmobile accident case and glad they communicate like they do it truely helps throw this process im happy so far its been little over a year and have our first court date coming up and I truely feel like they are trying there best for me

I was hit head on in an accident almost 2 years ago. I was badly injured, trapped in the car and after Jaws of Life cut me out, I was sent by LifeFlight to the hospital. I was so scared, not only for my life, but also for my future. My husband contacted Sam Bernstein (yes...he talked to Sam himself) and they agreed to take my case. I came to Sam Bernstein Law Firm to obtain SSD. My case as extremely complex. I had so many medical records and doctor appointments I was concerned if they were keeping up. They were on top of everything. They did such a great job documenting my case that the judge approved my SSD without a hearing. They did an awesome job for me.

My daughter was in an accident. We hired Sam Bernstein. An offer was made by the insurance company of the driver. We told Sam Bernstein to accept the offer. We were told that litigation would take over a year & that there was only $500,000 available for the three victims. This meant, first come, first served. We now may not get anything & are being sued by Sam Bernstein & the driver's attorneys for attorney fees & court costs! All because of the greed of Sam Bernstein!

Referred me to a terrible Disability firm and dismissed my concerns altogether. Never followed up with me. Treated me poorly. Just because people in his family are blind does NOT mean they look out for us whom are disabled.
