I had to contact over a dozen times to get any information after I gave paid over one thousand dollars up front. I left voice mails, sent emails, was repeatedly told they would contact me back and never heard a word until I made it very well known I was angry and unhappy with being left in the dark. I filed my paperwork with them and it was a year before I heard back and only AFTER I became angry. I swear my file was stuck in a drawer after I paid them and forgotten about. I do NOT recommend doing business with her. They don't let you know what's going on, don't explain anything and rarely call you back after telling you they will.
