I hired John for a divorce. He handled everything very well and I got what I wanted. He seemed to care about my case and met with me after hours and spoke with me on weekends. I would use him again.

John Scott is a no good attorney. I wouldn't advise anyone to hire him. He charged us 2500 and made one court appearance. I tried to contact him several times over the span of 3mths over my daughter being assaulted. He would never return my calls nor address the situation. He was suppose to of took care of a child abuse neglect substantiated claim against us but didn't do anything. When I went to his office he was arrogant and rude as if I had no reason to be upset my daughter was being assaulted and noone was protecting her nor preventing more assaults. He stated to me that its not his fault my wife dropped dirty for meth which was a lie by juvenile and hair follicle proved that. Then he was all like at least u got kids back. Which wasn't true my visits were intact shortened. So if u are thinking of hiring this attorney I would look elsewhere. Hopefuy the supreme court sanctions him hefty for his compliant refusal to represent clients to his ability failure to stay in contact rule 4

He likes to plea bargain and i think he has to many clients.He tells you he will take care of a out of town court date and you don't have to be there. Then you receive a letter from the court saying you and your lawyer defaulted because neither one of you showed up for court and neither one of you called.
