I paid him a lot to help me with my loan modification and i feel he did not do much to help after he got my money. Every time the bank set the foreclosure date David would not even know the date. I would find out the dates through letters i got from other lawyers offering their services. At the end the awful bank offered a deal but it was very bad, did not lower my mortage by much and put back me on a 40 years loan after 10 years i already paid for the house.
