I read somewhere that John F. Heard was in trouble with the state for stealing money from several of his clients. I can’t believe this guy is still practicing. Can anyone explain how he’s been getting away with it? And here I thought they had people to monitor lawyer behaviour. Just goes to show you, money talks I guess.

I had a friend who told me that she had several problems with John Head, and it took her several months to get her money back once she realized that he was completely Garbage and trying to take advantage of her lack of legal experience. She had to go through the Courts too. It turns out that he had transferred her money from a trust account into his personal account and spent the money as soon as she had given it to him. I may not be a lawyer, but if you look up the attorney rules of conduct or whatever it’s called, you’ll find that lawyers are not allowed to do that and is grounds for immediate disbarment. The fact that this man is still out there stealing from the public shows just how much faith you should have in the Colorado Bar association & the courts whose job it is to protect us. Can you SAY Payoff?
