I hired Michael Ziton for my daughter on misdemeanor charges she was innocent of. After spending over $10K all he did was plea bargain. Court appearances were done by his partner Justin Moore which was not what I signed up for. Justin is inexperienced and not worth the money. The deals Mr. Ziton and Justin got her a public defender could have gotten her which she was eligible for and it would have saved me a lot of $$$. I also think he scared her into accepting the plea bargains. He didn't have to then work and prepare for trial. I would NOT recommend his services. If you do decide to do so, get in writing what your expectations are and don't just sign his contract. He'll use Justin to do his dirty work for him and he won't get the results you want. The charges against my daughter should have been dismissed/found not guilty at trial rather than accepting a plea bargain.
