We Recommend Attorney Michael Ziton in Arizona! My wife and I needed a criminal lawyer in Arizona for our son. We live back east. Very tough weekend a few months back - our first call was to Mr. Ziton. We immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and skill and ability to attend court in jail on the weekend. I hired Law Offices of Michael E Ziton for criminal charges against my nephew. I first want to say that Michael Ziton and his staff did a great job throughout the entire case. Mr. Ziton returned each of my phone calls promptly and had a strong command of the issues and law that applied to our case. We were informed of each court appearance and we were impressed with how the office presented our nephew's case each time in court. Mr. Ziton said he would work hard for our nephew and he did. We are very happy that are nephew is free from jail and can move on from the criminal process. Job well done! We certainly believe Michael Ziton made a tremendous difference in our case. We hired the Law Offices of Michael E Ziton to represent our family member on criminal charges in Arizona. Mr. Ziton quickly responded to our telephone call and really calmed us with the whole situation. The office was always there for us. All calls were promptly returned. All our questions were answered. If Mr. Ziton was in court, his staff did a great job tending to our needs. Michael and his office were knowledgeable in the law and really understood the criminal system. We certainly learned alot during this criminal experience. Sure we would have like to have all charges dismissed but we also very much recognized the risks during the process. We all were extremely happy with the outcome and thank Michael and his staff for a job well done!

I hired Michael Ziton for my daughter on misdemeanor charges she was innocent of. After spending over $10K all he did was plea bargain. Court appearances were done by his partner Justin Moore which was not what I signed up for. Justin is inexperienced and not worth the money. The deals Mr. Ziton and Justin got her a public defender could have gotten her which she was eligible for and it would have saved me a lot of $$$. I also think he scared her into accepting the plea bargains. He didn't have to then work and prepare for trial. I would NOT recommend his services. If you do decide to do so, get in writing what your expectations are and don't just sign his contract. He'll use Justin to do his dirty work for him and he won't get the results you want. The charges against my daughter should have been dismissed/found not guilty at trial rather than accepting a plea bargain.

Mr. Ziton worked hard for us and was there each time we called him. We were impressed with Michael Ziton's knowledge and skill in the law and the criminal system.
