I spoke with this lawyer at length about our matter. I provided him with documentation. He said that he would email me early the next week outlining next steps. Two weeks later, I followed up with him and he said that he would email me 2-3 days later. He did- asking questions that had already been answered more than once and not outlining any next steps. Very disappointing.

Had a wrongful dismissal case. He took the time to listen and understand my situation and gave me real honest answers about my situation and whether I had a case. He took on the case and with regular communication and his expertise, we were able to settle. He is very understanding, professional and a good communicator. He kept me grounded through a long process. Would highly recommend Mathew. Good lawyer with out the big offices attitude.

Not sure why there are so many negative comments here. I hired Matthew for a cilvil litigation and he delivered what he promised. He took the time to understand the issues, up front about the costs, promptly follow up on my inquiries, and provided timely updates. He was knowledgeable and had my best interests in mind the whole time. I'd definitely use him again and refer him to anyone I know.

Very disorganized, nice enough person but doesn't have it together. don't be in any rush if you have him as your council, expect him to lose emails but always quick to charge

Nothing but a very positive experience. Highly recommend. I appreciate taking the time for phone calls, emails etc for all my questions as I was unknowladgable in the situation. He calmed my fears and told me exactly what to expect. He knows what he is doing. As for the cost/invoicing comments from others I never had that experience.

I have dealt with Matthew several times over the years and have always been satisfied with his work. He has been up front with his costs and always took my concerns and situation into consideration. I have recommended him to others. I would have no issues with recommending him again.

I do agree with other users that this lawyer is unreasonable and would charge you even before you sign any contract with him. I would not recommend anyone to use his services at all otherwiswe you would regret.

We have been completely satisfied with our dealing with Matthew and his office. He was upfront with us from the get go. He saw us through what turned out to be several years of litigation and we have continued to rely on his legal expertise. We are surprised anyone would have a doubt of his knowledge of the law. He was far beyond competent in his work and we felt he was reasonable and forthcoming about rates, services and fees were were billed and when the system did not work and the judge failed to follow standard law, Matthew worked to find a resolution that was fair when the court system was a down right failure in our matter. We commend him on his ethics and anyone seeking a lawyer with some real morals you will find it in Matthew Laurich and his team.

Matthew R Laurich is a lawyer that is good at invoicing and he won't hesitate to put his clients in the poor house before the case is even complete. After eight thousand dollars plus on a small claims real estate issue and no resolution his contract was terminated. Matthew was also retained for an employment issue and he wrote long letters with poor grammar and spelling that I had to edit. Matthew did not take advice or direction very well. My husband and I being professionals had high expectations for this lawyer given his seventeen years of experience. If you have a big bank account and prefer mediation over litigation this lawyer is for you.
