Run Run Run from this attorney. Will not help you and helps himself to your wallet. He is very disorganized, unprofessional and in it for his money. Will mislead you and call you names. Will drag things out to run up fees. Do your research on the web and read all of his negative reviews. He should be should not be a lawyer and will screw up your life more by using his dishonest services. Shame on you Brody.

If you do hire him, get everything in writing. If he says he'll get your ex to pay his fees, get it in writing. He will take you to court for those fees. He doesn't return emails or calls. When I called him he told me I was wasting my money calling him all the time. If he'd just get back to me I wouldn't have had to call him. I think he has small man syndrome. He's a big bully. I've known others that have used him and they don't like him either. I don't know how he's still a lawyer.
