Talks about clients cases, while sitting with other clients. Refuses to be forth motions on her clients behalf after repeatedly being asked to. Repeatedly denies being given things either in person or through email. Repeatedly denies being told things by her client. (I am talking from personal experience of things I have first hand seen, heard and read and I am not her client; I’m a well educated accountant and child abuse advocate. This is how she treats her legal aid clients).

Anyone saying any negative about this lawyer will have to lie! She does a lot of legal aid work for a lot less money than she is worth because she likes to help people. She is not a capitalist and lives to help others. She is a brilliant lawyer with passion and kindness rarely seen. Other lawyers like, respect and refer her. Judges see her a kind but no nonsense lawyer. An amazing woman who knows the law

I think she is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and was able to provide me with so much info . she stayed late and should have gone to hospital to see my case through and was able to get me what I was owed in the first place.

Pathetic excuse for a lawyer. Sloppy and very unethical. She has no respect for the Court or the Orders it makes. I have only been on the opposite side of her, thank GOD. I feel sorry for the people who put their trust in her. She never gets that facts straight and blatantly makes false unprovable accusations against others that are preposterous in nature. The truth means nothing to her. She is only out to take your money....BEWARE !!

Very approachable, friendly and a good listener. You will never hesitate to tell her everything to make her understand the real situation to where she can help you.

Poor ethics. Circumvents court procedures, hand writes court documents, does not respect timelines or court direction. Very sloppy work.

Not only is Linda a lawyer but I swear she's a hidden angel on this Earth. I was in a hard case she stuck with me and made Gailbraith (the big $ firm) look like a joke! She is intelligent and brilliant in a court room. If you stick with her there is no way you can be dissatisfied!
