When my ex wife passed away he was handling her will and was left as trustee of her estate. Our two children are the sole beneficiaries of her estate (to the best of my knowledge). As they are both minors, I represent their legal and financial matters, though I personally have no claim to the estate. In the year since her passing, he has not communicated with us once of his own accord, not given any info about the will or their inheritance, and has not taken care of matters on her behalf (a year later she is still receiving a cell phone bill which is being autopay by her credit card, all of which he obviously has never cancelled so they continue to accrue balances which will come out of their inheritance). He also took personal items from her residence (purse, cell, jewelry) which we asked for as my daughter wants to use them. He said he would get her the cell (but still hasn't) and implied jewelry would not be returned until she is of age to receive inheritance. Will update!

Very disappointed and upset with Yanch Law offices in Cayuga and Dunnville. We met with Mr. Yanch on January 21, 2019 to have our general wills redone. Mr. Yanch told us at that time it would be about a week and a half for our wills to be done. After many phone calls to both offices we drove to their Dunnville office and picked up our OLD WILLS on February 15, 2019. We were always told about their issues with staff and weather as to why our wills were not done. When we picked up our old wills, the girl said she needed clarification on some items??? My ratings may not be directly related to Mr. Yanch himself but he is the one in control of his law office. So now after a month we are back to square one finding another lawyer to redo a very simple will. A lot could have happened in the month that they had our old wills. Specifics and details of the new will changed.

Do not use this lawyer! 5 years on a very very simple estate and till nothing done! Never returns calls, no communication! A total joke! Please research where you are spending your money cause this is NOT where you want to spend it!

Over 4 years for a simple estate case and still nothing done. Zero communication, no work performed, he lost all contact info. Then he provides BS excuses that wouldn't fool a 5 year old. Just plain lazy and uncaring. I wouldn't hire him to walk my dog!
