Elaine closed two (2) houses for me. The first one was a foreclosure which was very difficult (lost of emotions on the sellers side) and Elaine handled it perfectly. Eight years later I sold that property when I lived abroad and again Elaine handled the transaction perfectly. Both dealings were painless deals and I was very pleased with the clear communication.

Elaine was our lawyer for a family law case. She was amazing. She was honest, truthful, smart and very aggressive when needed. She was always upfront and to the point. She won the case for us against my spouses ex-girlfriend. She had the facts right and has been practicing for such a long time that she knows exactly how to read the judges and the situations. She will not steer you wrong. I'm so thankful we got her as a lawyer! She is reassuring and very calm. She knows what's truly best and if she doesn't believe you will win- she won't take you. She's worth every penny we paid- when it comes to family law and fighting for your loved ones- don't cheap out.

Elaine is a nice person who knows her job and does it with compassion and tenacity, when needed. She's been my lawyer for 20 years. I think I'll keep her!

Under duress from a abusive and verbally abusive relationship. My daughter was 12 and my ex went after sole custody to use her for child support. 5 years later paying child support, post secondary, ex was contacting me , harassing me above child support. I have not been involved in my daughters life or allowed to make informed good parental decisions while my ex drinks with a minor and the courts don't care. The courts only care about the black and white. Elaine told me, that's just the way it is. I should have fought from beginning to end. 5 years later and not completed. Word of advise to everyone, fight for your child no matter what the age is......

a very nice person - relied on the same old tired case law - doesn't do any digging - not forth coming with information - you have to pry it out of her - if you ask a question just gives simple answer - doesn't explain/offer options - a waste of money unless you have an easy case

Very knowledgeable and appropriate. She has expert knowledge and prefers a problem solving focus instead of going for the jugular (although can and will). Excellent lawyer.

Elaine definitely had a very professional side to her but could be very compassionate.Always had the time to explain things and make sure that I understood the process.She is very friendly and made me feel at ease.I would definitely recommend her.
