I am not sure where these other reviewers got their impression of Mr. Martin, but in my experience, he has been nothing short of great! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that anyone would need in selling/purchasing a home and gives solid, practical advice. He is honest, welcoming and gets the job done!. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mr. Martin in an instant!
