I was referred to Brian by legal referral with concerns re mom' s power of attorney, will, and land following her death. I requested he make court applications for documentation of the power of attorney and estate and follow through on documentation of the land. Many requests were made as he indicated he would follow through. Lack of response to emails and phone calls meant I consistently was calling the courts to determine if the applications were made often with a negative response. He seemed an expert with excuses. Finally all I received was a partial financial accounting with many doubts raised. No documentation as to the dispersal of physical property and no accounting of the power of attorney was requested of the courts despite my repeated requests.. Brian seemed to have good knowledge but an unwillingness to take direction and do what needed to be done. I do not feel he acted in my interest and was very good at stonewalling. I'm unsure whose interest he was acting for.
