After four years of litigation, it turned out the key witness was a newly appointed district judge that was also a good friend of Cary. The litigation ended badly as Cary put protecting his friend in front of protecting us. We now must evaluate malpractice litigation against him. Very disappointing. Besides time and money we feel deeply betrayed from the trust we had put in him.
