I received a ticket traveling through Emporia for speeding during a busy event weekend in North Carolina. They stated I was speeding which I never was. This is all just a scam to get tax payers money for this small town. When I got home from my vacation I had received all of these mailings from lawyers to represent me. One being from James W. Traylor. The first day I called to get some information I had to leave a message with the secretay. That same day Mr. Traylor returned my call, however after I paid him and wanted to speak to him prior to my case he'd never returned my calls. Also after he went to court on my behalf he never called me back after numerous left messages with his secretary or voicemail messages. Then after I received a mailing about what had happened in court to find out that I still had the ticket and high fines. He was nasty when I finally did speak to him and stated to me that he would not appeal the case as he stated that he would for free prior to me hiring him
