Significant errors were made with respect to presenting information, forgeting documents at critical times (i.e. during court) and meeting court deadlines. Negotiation skills are very poor -don't expect resolutions outside of trial with this lawyer. Skills in court were not strong --tactics employed were weak and not well-thought out. Uncertain financial understanding; except when it comes to billing for his services. Services not reccommended.
