STAY VERY AWAY. She is a bad attorney. She behaved very nice the day we met. Immediately when I signed with her to represent me her behavior changed. She wont take my calls to let me know about my case. She wont call me. Its so awful I am so dissapointed in this attorney. She even lied in many things when we first met regarding stuff about my case. Obviously to trick me and gain my trust so I would hire her. This woman Wilka Toppins is the worst. Please STAY AWAY dont let her take your money. Also if you manage to talk to her on the phone for a few minutes to know info about your case she will charge you $$$ for that. For speaking WITH HER on the phone! Absolutely the worst experience ever I should have read the other reviews about her I am a fool!
