We used Mr. Singer twice for real estate purchases, but won't a third time. His fees were average, the location convenient and the work was done. However, his patronizing attitude, generally condescending tone when speaking to my husband and I and complete and total lack of interest in a repeat client left us underwhelmed a second time. The work of his office was sloppy- filled with spelling errors, incorrect dates and misspelled names. None of the documents (for both transactions) were conveyed in a timely fashion without repeat phone calls to prompt his office. The first time we used his services, we thought they were busy. When we purchased our next 5 years later; the same issues arose. When we brought this to Mr. Singer's attention, he blamed his staff and us for expecting too much. He pointed out he was forced to charge extremely low fees and that we were free to use other providers. He also never once thanked us for our business. There are too many fish in the sea.
