About to be RAPED by the Family Law Act? You need this man! I am forever grateful to him. I'm sure I was his poorest client but I got first rate representation in a bitter divorce after 24 years married. My alimony will only be for six years! Nuff said! You are in a fight for your future-you need the best!! The law if applied by the courts is absolutely against against you if you are a hard working man. However anything can be negotiated. Your agreement will be Miglin proof. You can't afford not to have him and his team behind you. From the depths of despair to the happiest I have been in decades!

I will forever be grateful that Brian encouraged me to fight for custody of my kids. The laws in Canada screw over men with successful businesses and disproportionately advantages non-working wives in custody and financial matters. Brian is the right guy to fight this injustice. In hindsight he should have settled earlier but he is probably right that my ex wasn't ready then. He is slightly overworked and needs reminders sometimes but otherwise I am grateful to the team at Epstein & Cole and Brian.

I made a mistake when hiring a lawyer from one of Canada's top law firms. I was under the assumption Mr. Burke would advocate in my best interest. I feel he did not. In addition to, he not only didn't have a document in the required amount of time before my trial, therefore costing me money, but he sat with a "how to" book on his lap during the trial!

Terrible lawer! takes advantage of his clients,do not invest any effort to collaborate process, resolve conflict,avoids exhausting all avenues resolve conflict. Good lawyer finds ways to cooperative resolution,negotiate a resolution. Therefore, impose clients to unneeded litigation.

A bad lawyer and over charges. He promised several things that were suppose to happen in a certain amount of time which never happened. He also over charges then blames it on his receptionist. Also said the other lawyer representing my ex is "a no name" and that he is a far superior lawyer. All he wants to do is send stern letters and gets no results. A complete waste of time and would not recommend him to anybody!
