All I can say is if you're high net worth she'll take you for every penny. She told my ex he wouldn't have to pay support after 22 years of marriage. His bills were almost $200,000 by the time he finally dumped her and got a lawyer who told him the truth. Settled within a couple months after fighting with Piccoli for 2 years. Have you ever been bullied by your own lawyer? Strange situation, but I was. ONly as my case is over, I can write this feedback. Changing lawyer right before the important court appearence was not an option for me. Working with Diana was rather painful experience. Did she deliver results? Yes. Would I hire her again? NO WAY!!

Diana Piccoli is my attorney. I have had her for a number of years: it took two years to complete my Separation Agreement due to complexities and complications. Also, I see her once a year to update the support as per the Agreement. During one of the most traumatic times of my life Diana was a support and a guide. Her compassion, sensitivity, and empathy beautifully balanced with her acute mind, attention to detail and knowledge of the law and protocol is very impressive. I cannot praise Ms. Piccoli highly enough. She is extremely professional and diligent. Diana is expensive but I got my money's worth as she really worked hard for me. When I expressed to Smith Valeriote how much I appreciated having their support, I was told it was their job and they get paid for that, to which I responded, "Yes, but you didn't have to really care and provide personal touches". I honestly don't know how I would have managed the process, or the outcome, without Diana and her team. As an unexpected extra, Diana is also a nice person, as are her support staff. I simply cannot think of a negative thing to say about Ms. Piccoli. Thank you again, Diana.
