All I can say is if you're high net worth she'll take you for every penny. She told my ex he wouldn't have to pay support after 22 years of marriage. His bills were almost $200,000 by the time he finally dumped her and got a lawyer who told him the truth. Settled within a couple months after fighting with Piccoli for 2 years. Have you ever been bullied by your own lawyer? Strange situation, but I was. ONly as my case is over, I can write this feedback. Changing lawyer right before the important court appearence was not an option for me. Working with Diana was rather painful experience. Did she deliver results? Yes. Would I hire her again? NO WAY!!

Diana is fantastic...she represented my spouse and prolonged the process through unnecessary combativeness and paperwork to the point my now ex-spouse had little to no settlement funds left...too bad for her but made the process very entertaining for me.

Ms. Picccoli has represented me for several years while separating and divorcing. She is meticulous, professional and precise. Diana ensures every process taken and every possible consequence is understood. Diana is timely and responds professionally rather than feeding into costly emotional reactions. Having to wait to initially meet with her, is strongly advised and is well worth it. Her fees are very fair for her representation.

An exceptional family law attorney. Diana Piccoli is the lawyer who tells you exactly how it is,what to expect, how the law works, your options. Her knowledge of family law is nothing but impressive. Her work ethic as well as her support staff, is outstanding. So organized and thorough that when she's faced with a judge or opposing attorney she made sure that she had the answer to everything and any document/proof/law/ to back it up if necessary. THOROUGH. I cant emphasize this enough. It goes without saying that if you're in need of a family law lawyer you are entering a chapter of your life that will be not so pleasant. Feelings of anxiety, lack of confidence,fear of the unknown. Well I can honestly say that after my first meeting with Diana those feelings subsided..confidence restored!I couldnt have chosen a better lawyer to represent me.

She gets to the bottom of the issues immediately and knows family law and how the courts rule. This is an exceptional lawyer and she doesn't tell you just what you want to hear - she tells you what you need to hear. If you're not in the right - she'll tell you that. We consulted Diana to determine post-secondary expenses and the fair share for all parties. Please use an experienced lawyer like Diana.
