I am a process server and was hired by this law firm to serve papers on an individual. After the work was completed, I invoiced the firm accordingly in November 2014. It has been 9 months and I have still not been paid. The amount was approximately $400 which is not that high considering that I had to travel 320 kms return to serve the person. After repeated attempts to try and collect and numerous phone calls, where I was told over and over that the cheque is being sent out in the mail, I finally got fed up and have now pursued this into Small Claims Court. This firm's attitude has been very unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I can only imagine how their clients are dealt with.

Retained Mr Popovitch several years ago now, have spent several thousand dollars to date with no closure. All he's interested in is money and when its all gone due to his lack of ability to close anything he tosses you aside. I have had to constantly call him to find out what's happening only then does he send out "another letter" of some sort or other to the other party. Then is another resultless wait for month's until I call him again. Probably a good lawyer if you have lots of money to throw away.

I was going through a very bad time in my life when I met Mr. Popovitch. He was very nice and made me feel like it would all be ok. He was very up front with me about my chances in court and was right each time. I felt very safe and happy to have him as my lawyer during my Divirce.

This is one of the worst money greedy lawyers I have ever met!! He wanted a consultation fee of 150$ even though the other party did not even live close to Lethbridge and it should be up to ME if I want to hire him NOT the other way around!! By far the worse experience!!! He did not even tell me anything at all that was new as I met with a lawyer in Vancouver and told him that and what she had said and all he did was repeat EVERYTHING she told me!! I would have much rather paid again the lawyer in Vancouver!!! but seriously 150$ for a consultation fee!!! Your CRAZY!!!!
