Never answered emails or perform work but keeps charging you for the same email requests. Did not honor his flatrate he promises-to get you in the door. He did not prepare and will leave you high and dry before a trial if he is not prepared or "over his head". Reported conflict of interest to opposing attorney and not me. Never let the judge know he did not secure the needed discovery before trial!. Moved office and never informed me. Gave what little discovery I got back to opposing counsel before trial. Had me send Quickbooks file and could not open it. Had me send FTP File transfer of my records and could not fiqure out how to open that. Then did not forward the file to opposing counsel which the judge ordered, held me in contempt.MALPRACTICE.Check Oregon State Bar review/run an arrest background report on him. I will file OSB complaints as well. In this economy,how dare attorneys make you their victim and ruin your life for money while you are paying them to help you.
