Dean Zuk is the best Lawyer you can retain for DUI's he knows his stuff on this topic, is on the ball and all angles to defend you. Dean keeps you up to date on whats going on with your case at all times.Dean tells you what is and what isn't plausible or possible during proceedings. Hopefully I am never in the same predicament again but if so Dean would be the Lawyer I would call.I can 't seem to thank him enough for what he did for me and my family and for such reasonable rates, best lawyer and bang for vour buck

In my experience with Dean Zuk, he was readily available (middle of the night if need be), he answers his telephone, he returns calls and he follows up with you – he is “on the ball” and genuinely cares and works hard for you to get you the best results possible for your unique situation. He has a natural ability to bring calmness into a stressful situation, honest and extremely knowledgeable/intelligent. Dean has experience and a good professional network. It blows my mind Dean Zuk has a 4.1 rating. O couldn't count on my own set of toes and hands this man has railroaded into a jail sentence, never keeps his word, over chargers insanely and to no surprise has no experience in the level or type of charges i personally got. He use to Practice law out of an old run down house off a run down sketchy part of downtown. That was before my friends and family put him on the map. Now he thinks hes the “the wolf of wall street” well sure drinks like it. Got an office across from court house, finally got a board room, an assistant and his name at the front of a firm (hmm wonder who got him there?). He picks up cases he has no business agreeing to take giving families HOPE. HE 100% destroyed my life butchering every court hearing. THANK GOD i fired him and got a lawyer who knew what to do. New lawyer.... no jail and half the CSO dean “could” only get me 2+ a day in drum. Ill be off my CSO before. Credits,good behaviour,2/3fed time and covid.

Dean was excellent with everything, he was very helpful in answering any questions I had, very knowledgeable in and out of court. He was very diligent in fighting for what was best for me and delivered excellent results. Between Dean and his assistant the communication with me was very efficient and in a timely fashion. Highly recommended! Dean helped me out of a situation i was arrested for that i should not have been involved in. over the course of a few months he walked me through every step. i was very scared and he went above and beyond to help me! including dealing with many tears! in the end the charges were completely dropped. I would recommend Dean to anybody. He is extremely well educated in criminal defence and spent as much time as i needed making sure i was prepared for every step in this process. Thank you Dean!

Excellent lawyer. Did a great job on my case. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Dean was able to get all of my charges dropped, not only where the prosecutors had a solid case, but also in a different city. I would not hesitate to hire Dean again.

Hired Dean - very happy with his work ethic . He worked extremely hard for me. Communicated with me on what was going on. He managed to get almost all my charges dropped . Made a great deal with the crown and I got out on time served. If I ever need a lawyer again he be getting a call to represent me again . Best choice on lawyer would highly recommend anyone to hire him I give him a five star.

I contacted Dean for an impaired driving charge that I was dealing with in Saskatchewan. Upon a detailed review of the crowns evidence, he believed that there was certainly a charter breach in my case and that we would pursue it. He first tried to convince the crown to drop the case with a well written trial notice, but to no avail. We flew out together for the trial, and Dean presented an extremely compelling case. The judge agreed and ruled in my favor. Throughout the case Dean was a pleasure to deal with. But what really matters is that he was impressive at trial, and it showed in the results!

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Zuk represent me with my Fraud Charge. He was meticulous in every detail, by looking at every angle in this case. I hired Dean Zuk for my son's release from Remand to a drug treatment program in BC and subsequently hired him for my son's 2 trials. Throughout the roller coaster ride of my son being discharged from treatment, his relapse, and with Dean's excellent bail hearing skills, made it possible to return to treatment instead of jail. I hired Mr. Zuk for my son who had 4 Criminal charges against him. Mr Zuk was very knowledgeable and straight forward with his professional opinion. He was patient and explained everything until we had a full understanding. Mr Zuk was on top of our file and took calls when we called, as well as, returned calls promptly when needed. Very pleased to have used Dean as my lawyer, Thankfully I had heard of him through my ex, as he too did wonders for him and won his case. I was very doubtful of my case and worried throughout the entire process as I had never had to hire a lawyer before but Dean made me feel at ease and was honest with everything, I appreciate it and he definitely isn't a lawyer that you have to worry about (bad lawyers), he was amazing and amazingly priced. Best experience and great lawyer to work with definitely kept me calm throughout my process and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family as he help me beat my case and and fought my ticket with no extra charge.
