Robin cares about money & money ONLY. She will convince you that she's some tough Lawyer who is going to walk into that court room and fight hard for you. Then when the time for court comes, she doesn't remember her case, tells you to refresh her memory, makes you defend yourself & shows up late every time! She will charge you for every little thing possible. Pay close attention to those invoices too, because when she does show up an HOUR late, she still tries to charge for that hour. Save yourself the headache & the money & either defend yourself or find a different lawyer.

I used Robin for a no-contest divorce last year. She started off as very responsive and competent. That went downhill very quickly. By the end, she didn't even show up at court on the day of my divorce. She sent a junior lawyer that I had never met before (who got lost and arrived 30 minutes late to court). Dealing with her was more frustrating than actually getting divorced.

DO NOT call them. Group W Legal Partners, Patriot Law Group, Massachusetts Law Group, Robin Rose-Buxton. DO NOT SIGN or INITIAL ANYTHING they present to you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! JUST STAY AWAY!!!! we have dealt with several attorney's over the years for a variety of personal and business matters. This group overcharges, screws up, and we did not find them trustworthy. 2.6 hr."pre-trial conference"? Not informed we were "on the clock"! Never received copy of agreement,fee schedule or statement(3 mos.). Specific, emphatic request on serving summons in sensitive family matter was screwed up. Overcharged, charged for time NOT communicating to associate(based on conversation w/assoc. and screw up),unnecessary work, bait and switch on representation in court.Expressed our displeasure, fired, and got charged for Buxton to withdraw. Charged for screw up too-"well, we did have the summons served".TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Very glad we did not go to court with this representation.

Robin Rose-Buxton is part of a Massachusetts Law Group. You will see, if you googlde this law group, that they practice ALL law and based and will convince you that ever lawyer is exceptional in their field. Their lawyers practice all law so in essence end up being "jacks of all trades; master of none". Robin is exactly this...a master of none. We went into court (at a ridiculous cost per hour) knowing that the opposing attorney was going to ask for a continuance because Robin did not send the necessary documentation over to the attorney. But you have to show up and pay for Robin's ineffectiveness. Mass Law Groups biling is ridiculous. Robin would write letters that were senseless, send them to me to review, then I in turn would write the "correct letter" and she would charge me for writing her letter, reviewing my letter and then charge me $75 to fax it! I ending up spending $8000 on a case worth only $1200. Stay away -
