Chad Rawn is very knowledgeable, easy going and went above and beyond. Mr. Rawn was my divorce lawyer many years ago and recently helped me finalize my home closing. We had some concerns with our buyers closing details, he explained, answered any questions I had, was very professional. He will be the only lawyer I trust and highly recommend his firm to any of my friends and family.

Had an amazing experience with Mr. Rawn; After weighing the situation carefully, he successfully mediated a Family Court matter with my ex & I, where we were able to completely avoid the costly and time consuming practice of litigation and come to an amicable resolution. I previously had another divorce lawyer who had my case for mote than two years, but nothing got done. Then my friend referred me to Chad and he finished my divorce within few months.i got the exactly I was hoping for my case. One of the judge at Newmarket court even said he knew the result of my case is clear when Mr. Rawn is on the case. Chad is very knowledgeable, he told me what I gonna get at the first meeting and the result tured out to be the same. He will be the only lawyer I trust and recommend to friends and family.

I've sold and bought a few houses with this lawyer, and you get what you paid for. Mary the clerk was very efficient, and seems genuinely concerned about your well being, unlike 90 percent of the law world. Dropped off some documents at my home a few times when I had to work late. Recommended for cheaper prices.

i had a horrible experiences with this law firm and his law clerk Mary in my house closing transactions. neither did they spend time review the documentations, nor did they explain even when i caught their mistake of wrong calculation! if you choose this law firm, do NOT expect timely response nor professional service from them. All they want is to get your money and get you out of their office!

I had a terrible experience with this law firm who handled the sale and purchase of my homes. The legal aid I worked with Mary Lou was very unprofessional and extremely rude if she talks to you outside of the office. If you called her to explain something to you she will tell you that she needs to charge you more since you're wasting her time. After all said and done she didn't even notify the city of our move and I had to end up paying a penalty on my property taxes because she never noticed the city of my possession of the new house. This firm works with a huge contingency of Asian clients and in my case I feel they took advantage of immigrants that do not speak great English. I would Highly NOT recommend these guys! I've worked with many other Realestate lawyers in the past and non has been this bad!

My family and I were recommended to this lawyer by our realtor. I've only met with him once in person in which he promised to provide me all the documentation and tips on closing the home. However, a week before the closing day, I had a very hard time getting a hold of him and his paralegal was very rude and abrupt with us. They also delayed in processing the documents which resulted in us paying a penalty on property taxes because we were informed that the taxes were due after passing the due date. His staff was rude and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This lawyer only thinks how to make money. He neither gives opinion nor helps client to settle down. He delayed my court date several times without giving me any notification. He tried to make my case longer which is already over 3years and nothing is settled. I wasted a lot of money and time with him

I was really glad that I found Mr. Rawn to represent me in my family law matter. He is knowledgeable in his field of practice and gave prudent advice with a view to resolving my matter as promptly as possible while achieving my objectives. Would highly recommend Mr. Rawn to anyone.

My biggest complaint was that he did not take the time to review the facts when he took on the case, he did not come up with a strategy as he promised, and he was contemptuous not only of me but of the other clients I heard him talking about. Might be useful as a notary public but is certainly was not useful as a lawyer. Stay away.
