I agree with the other review. This man is unstable and a hot head. I paid him an advance fee to perform legal services and after a month and barely any work, I dared to ask him to send me a draft of what he had billed me for. He gets defensive and quits! Then files a lawsuit against me for slander for asking for a refund. Do not hire this ma!

This lawyer quit and then turned against us and is trying to collect a contingency fee before we settle our cases. He is filing motions against us on a weekly basis in federal court. He withdrew after he refused to advocate for us. We ended up settling several of the Hurricane IKE related insurance cases Pro Se and we prevailed to policy limits plus his fees on one of these cases using the same arguments he refused to employ. He received a full check for the services he billed, regardless of their poor quality. In our opinion, this man should not be practicing law. He has been vengeful and unstable. Even though the Federal Magistrate ordered him to wait until settlement to get paid on the two cases from which he withdrew, he continues to file motion after motion, conflating the facts and helping to defeat our case and harm our credibility. In his most recent motion, he actually accused us of insurance fraud even though he knows and the record shows it never happened!
