I was surprised to read the rating posted on 11/19/11. I have never presented myself as a general practitioner. I practice family and probate law. Probate fees are paid by court order. I have never accepted a fee in a probate case unless it was approved by a court order. I invite the writer of the rating to contact me to discuss this matter. Better to contact me, so any problem can be fairly resolved, than to complain anonymously on the Internet. Michaeleen Moraz

This lawyer holds herself out to be "one size fits all". I was referred to her and came to her with a probate matter. Although she had no experience in that, she took the case and for months I paid her to do nothing. When I first met with her she had a partner who was handling DUI cases. That should have been a red flag. Now he has left her and she is on her own. Her education is impeccable. But, in her desperation to make income, she fabricates her areas of expertise to the detriment of her client.
