His knowledge and experience are very limited. Communication skills were fair; often interjecting instead of listening which broke the comm. Attire and demeanor were unprofessional - fidgety with phone/papers, raised his voice to me once, kept searching the ceiling for answers. Ultimately, I was ill advised to just look the other way unless the mishandling of the deceased's estate affected my personal wallet. How's that for defeating the purpose of having a will? Bottom line: my legal needs were clearly out of his league, and this lawyer lacked credibility.
