Disarmingly confident about making sure my case will be dismissed. Took the time to explain our steps and with covid hitting my initial case date, it took almost a year and 3 reschedules for my case to be finally dismissed. I didn't have to chase after him for updates, he kept me informed closer to each scheduled time. Money well spent for peace of mind. Do highly recommend!!

Adam Help to get my case dismissed, Adam was wonderful to work with. He is organized and highly professional. Adam answered all my questions by phone then updated me via email. And in Nov 2020 he got my case dismissed. I would highly recommend Adam if you are dealing with lawsuits from a credit company.

Mr Hollander-Urbach through his professionalism & expertise not only solved a problem that I, unfortunently, was involved due to the economic crisis of 2008 and I am sure many more wound up in the same fix. Superb service! Affordable attorney fees, great communication and fast responses. I was sued for a bad debt ($13,000+), which came at a very difficult time in my life. What a great way to start the New Year and Adam was there to help. I was a brand new father, was laid off and couldn’t find a job for a couple of years. With my 401K exhausted and the debts piling up, it was a struggle to make ends meet. Just as I was just getting back on my feet, I was hit with a lawsuit. I contacted a few attorneys but Adam seemed the most “hands-on” and made me feel comfortable amidst the anxiety of a lawsuit. He was very responsive with all the questions I had via phone or email. The court date was finally scheduled for the following year, but Adam was confident that he could get the case dismissed. Low and behold Adam pulled through. I owed zero to the collection company and the agreement stated that the derogatory items will be removed from my credit report. From the moment I called Adam he took over my case and handled everything seamlessly. My case was settled in less than 3 months. It was my first time being sued for credit card debt, I had no knowledge of my rights, how I can fight the lawsuit, what to do, etc.. I contacted Adam, he told me what he does, how everything works, and that in order to have a chance at this, I need to answer the lawsuit by the deadline. After doing some research I learned he was correct. You can't ignore a lawsuit, you will lose automatically by default and have a judgement against you. (keep in mind this is my first time). So I hired Adam (he was very affordable compared to other attornies I contacted). We answered the lawsuit, filed all necessary court documents, and from here just waited for the court to respond. I was very stressed but Adam made the process very comfortable, he responded to my calls and Emails in a timely manner and said he had a strong feeling the case would get dismissed. After a very long waiting period, I learned the case was dismissed. Adam came through for me. I would highly recommend him.

I was being sued by Calgary for about $20,000, luckily for me i hired Adam. It was scary being sued but Adam answered all my questions. We emailed back and forth several times, he quelled my fears, kept me updated, then before the court date with his savvy legal wit he had my case dismissed with prejudice. They won't be able to sue me again on this matter.

I was being sued by a credit card company for more than $10,000 and Adam was able to get the case dismissed. The second was a car repo and Adam was able to resolve this case so I could get the lien deleted from my credit file. Adam is an exceptional negotiator and a strong consumer advocate. Do NOT use this attorney. He doesnt respond to emails or calls. While at my trial he was not working with the other attorneys, even after I said I wanted to settle with them. He said that "its nothing personal with you, I just want them to drop cases when they see my name". I've tried calling the company that sued me to make payments and they will not talk to me since I have an attorney. I emailed Adam about this and his reponse was "What exactly do you want me to do? I don't have time to micro manage this." I DO NOT recommend this attorney whatsoever.

I was sued by Persolve LLC dba Account Resolutions for a bad debt, one which Persolve inflated with interest and legal fees etc. I had searched for numerous attorneys in the LA area, but most were too expensive! I find Adam on Avvo and talked with him and liked him and what he had to say, and he was asking for 1/2 of what other lawyers wanted!! He won my case today!! Thank you!! And I will be receiving a check from Persolve for my court filing costs!!! My advice is - if you're being sued by a debt collector, DON'T IGNORE IT!! Answer on your own, file a sworn denial and HIRE an attorney like Adam who will help you win your case!!

Too bad all these other reviews are all back to back in the same month, good way to promote yourself Adam. Bottomline, he never ever ever ever answers his phone, never calls back when Ive left at least 5 messages. He will not communicate with you. Look elsewhere with legitimate reviews!
