Do not use. Price was high. There was barely any work done although was told that the amount I had sent had been used already. No concrete actions or recommendations for the problems presented. He suggested he could do more if I was paying more. Have not seen detailed invoice of the work done. Invoice just said work done.... Total scam to be honest. Will go to another lawyer for future work.STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

Kyle was amazing when I was being bullied by my ex's lawyer. When he would be unavailable for professional reasons he ensured I was immediately assisted by just as capable fellow coworkers. He assisted in keeping the costs down when the other side dragged the case out and did everything in their power to make this a costly occurrence. He was compassionate and understanding to my emotional breakdowns. I would and have recommended Kyle to many others who require such care and quality work.

I have retained Kyle Wasko a couple of times over the past five years. He has handled my family court matters very professionally and successfully. He is very knowledgeable and has given me excellent legal advice over the years. He has also demonstrated his professionalism in communicating with the Respondent over the past years while the Respondent was self-representing. I would recommend Kyle Wasko to anyone in need of family law advice or representation.

This lawyer Is pathetic. He cannot construct a sentence properly, misspells words and makes false statements all in 1 "professional" letter to me. He does not follow thru with his word. Run away from this clown. His partners should be ashamed of him.

This lawyer treats respondents with disrespect, it's evident he has clout with the Oshawa Court as is a Duty counsel. He works in collusion with a family counsellor in Ajax who is familiar with the personnel at the Durham Childrens Aid. This counsellor whom the child feared only grilled him only about the respondent and engaged DCA numerous times and it took 3 years and thousands of dollars before the judge saw through their actions and the DCA. He insisted in court, that visits with the respondent be at a supervised YMCA based on a total fabrication of lies which he was aware of. The YMCA then reported to the Courts that his client was also making false reports that the respondent was abusing the child at the supervised YMCA visits. In another brief, he noted the respondent broke into the child's email who was 9 years old, oblivious to the fact that a child cannot have an email account at that age and immediately dropped the case when this was brought to the attention of the court.

Kyle has been acting on my ex's behalf for 5 years. He encourages her sherads and has acted very unprofessionally on several occasions. The courts have pointed out his lack of care on several occasions. If you want cheap then hire him but the service and the representation will be cheap at best. He has never once tried to sit down my ex and explain the weight of her actions but instead encourages her outrageous pleas. He manipulates orders to suite his clients which ultimately ends up having every situation needing to be re addressed in court wasting more time and money. Do yourself a favor and spend more in the beginning on a better lawyer as it will save you thousands in the long run.

This lawyer is awful. He never accomplished anything. He quit twice on us, he took instruction from a none party to this estate. He needlessly dragged the estate on and on. Please do not use his services.

Kyle has helped me since he got called to the bar. And he still is. He's very good at what he does and very pleasant to talk to. He even went to court to represent me 'pro bono' because I ran out of money. He's a good man and a good lawyer. Actually, he's a great lawyer and I highly recommend him.

Awesome, awesome lawyer. Saved me so much money. I've recommended him to others and they all love him. He gets things done so quickly so my lawyer bill was so much lower than my ex's bill and Kyle was the lawyer that put the agreement together. I recommend him to everyone.

Worst experience I have ever had. Wasted to much money for nothing to be accomplished. My advice would be to find a better lawyer. This one just drags cases on to make his pocketbook bigger.

Treats respondents with absolute disrespect. Poor attitude with regards to families present in the courts. Has very bad manners and does not follow judicial protocol. Intimidates non-lawyers but quickly behaves in the presence of fellow barristers. Very ineffective communicator and fails to follow judge's orders with respect to negotiating settlements with opposition. Gets emotionally involved and makes highly inappropriate comments and have even texted opposing respondent at off hours. Likes to give parenting advice to people who have been parents much longer than he has.
