Justice Clay is an amazing judge. He asks questions, he makes sure he has all of the facts & he is not racist or biast. In my case, the othe party was self represented. Justice Clay guided the other party through the process. He gave the other party opportunities that would never have been given to a lawyer. Justice Clay is child focused, as he should be. Regardless of the outcome of my case, my rating would remain the same. Justice Clay seemed to have seen through the lies and and took in consideration every detail from both parties when he rendered his decision. His decision was written in detail and all loops holes were closed. Justice Clay is a brilliant Judge and any family seen in front of him, should feel at ease and consider themselves lucky to be seen in front of such an amazing Judge.

Very biased judge, who will choose one of the party's side and will remain faithful to said party till the end. Comes off very offensive and typical baby boomer generation attitude. Stuck on old times, and seems to want to bring back only the old times. I will go as far as saying he comes off very racist, with a white supremacy mindset. Be careful if you ever deal with this man, he'll go out to ruin your life.

Either unable or unwilling to process information in fallacy free manner. Stubborn. Even after being pointed out at errors had trouble correcting his course. He is currently a judge at OCJ in Brampton. First ever recipient of Honourable Kangaroo Award - Information Processing Distinction Award. Encouraged use of a forged document. Pleasant interlocutor.

Not good at negotations or settling in the best interest of client. Seemed timid and afraid of opposing counsel.
