We paid on April 19, 2023 to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy -$1,200, but after 6 weeks David Riggi still hasn't filed the court papers. David Riggi doesn't return any phone calls and doesn't respond to any emails. David Riggi is a bad lawyer do not hire him he is a liar and has bad customer service. We ask for a refund, but he hasn't returned our money. We are filing a complaint to Nevada BAR Attorney because he ripped us off and he needs his license suspended.

Have been dealing with David Riggi for almost 4 years. He filed our Chapter 13 incorrectly. He is impossible to communicate with and he never returns calls. I do not think he listens to messages left on his office phone. His alternate phone will not accept calls at all. He leaves EMAILS unanswered for weeks or months. Due to his inaction, our Chapter 13 may be closed by the BR Court without entry of discharge. Have been trying to get a reply from Mr. Riggi for over six weeks concerning our Local Form 5009. He must sign and file the form. Simple matter, but he does not respond to any type of communication. What recourse is left to us other than hiring a new attorney AND filing a complaint against Riggi Law Firm with the Nevada Bar Association? Perhaps we should pursue a lawsuit against Mr. Riggi and Riggi Law for Breach of Contract.

Just give me the run around and I get no straight answer. then he talks to me with an attitude. Excuse me you work for me and I should be treated with respect. Not talked down to. He over charged me my Bk 11 has been going on now for 3 1/2 yrs and nothing has been resolved. An he calls me last minute for things he needs for next day court.
