I used Marc's services this year (2025) in a case of child support. He's absolutely great in term of: knowledge of family law, communication, efficiency and empathy. My case was solve just like the way he had planed it. (I'm not an easy client). My gentlemen friends out there don't fool yourself go with a lawyer who's able to understand what and how you feel in a very difficult moment like divorce and child support where the system, the court and the legal deciders are against you. He knows the legal system and every body around it. But keep in mind that Marc Coderre is a senior layer with a bunch of years of experience that is reflected in the his legal fees. However if you mean business and seeking for results Marc is your guy with eyes closed.

I've used Marc a couple of times for a divorce and separation and was very pleased with this direct approach.He resolved My issues quickly and valued my input. I highly recommend him.

In the worst scariest time of my life, this Lawyer made it worst.. I usually never take the time to negatively talk about someone bad because not worth my time. People !!! seriously read all the bad comments in these reviews, it-is-100%-true !!! He was mean and absolute no help at all. HIGHWAY ROBBERRY, I ALMOST CALLED THE BARRISTER ON HIM or even the Police. He himself even warned me that he was having issues with clients that wanted to sue him, huge red Flag.. Do yourself a favor and skip this Lawyer for a better outcome. He scarred me for life with worst experience than divorce the itself. People, he is very wrong, Highway Robber for Sure

Just an absolute waste of your valuable time and money. Excessively problematic, specifically with his quality of work, integrity and level of knowledge. He doesn't have any clue about client confidentiality laws, spelling, bedside manners, dignity for your case, your name... etc. To the point it's willfull negligence and complete disregard to the client. Poor legal knowledge, TERRIBLE drafting and spelling, continuous communication breakdowns, discrimination towards the client, worst value for money. There are better lawyers for half the price all over the world better than this guy. FACT.

My experience with this lawyer was awful, painful and very costly. He tends to extend simple processes to charge you the most. Sends you multiple emails to confirm that the documentation is right, you spend the time correcting simple details such as date of birth or address, which should be on file from the get go (hence you are doing all the work) and he charges you for all those back and forth emails? Does not fend for your rights, simply agrees with other party's term. He has an arrogant personality and he does not pay attention to client's needs/concerns. He allowed for the mediation process to be very unfair and very lengthy, not to mentioned that the mediator spend over 90% of the time with the other party and he let that happened. Every time I left this office I was more angry then when coming in. Not recommended!

PAINFUL! Barely ever responds to e-mails and even when he does it is a week later. Is VERY rude over email and in person. Has to re-do paper work time and time again because he gets it wrong. This is the kind of lawyer that will make you wish you had just stayed in your unhealthy relationship over having to endure this man's conversation. Out to prolong your case and take as much as he can from you.

I used Mr Coderre for a custody and support case with my narcissistic, evil ex husband. Marc not only handled everything to the point where the ex lost all of the case, he provided support at one of the most awful, scary times of my life.

I don’t understand the other reviews as well. Marc doesn’t want to waste your time and your money. If you think he doesn’t listen to you or your “rights” it’s because it’s non sense and it doesn’t matter for a judge. For the writing skill, Marc’s communications are always professional and straight to the point. He is an amazing lawyer and person, he got my back! I would highly recommend.

This lawyer was rude and disrespectful. He just wanted me to settle even though that would have meant ignoring my rights. Like the others said, he wanted to take the easy way out. Very disappointed and I would not recommend at all.

I recently consulted Mr. Coderre with custody related questions and I truly appreciated his honesty and bluntness. I felt he understood the implications and was able to tell me flat out what should be expected. I would hire him without hesitation.
