The solicitor in charge of my case understood my difficulties through arranging a mutually convenient time for a phone call after an intra company reorganisation. This guy is a SCAMMER. All he wants is for you to give him a monthly check, and he wants to it last as long as possible. When I called his office, he was always "away on trial" and they name some very high profile country-wide known trial to make him look important.
He took a lot of money from me and did nothing. I head more lies from him and his office than I cared to hear.

Lawyers are professional liars and crooks. It's understandable. But, they have to be on your side. Did a great job selling himself to me during a 2006 uncontested divorce that cost $16,000. Always sends unprofessionals to the actual court appearances and tries real hard to prolong a simple case just to get more cash. Serious ethics violator. Sends the opposing party to his lawyer friends for illegal kickbacks. He's a drfense attorney? If this our legal has any logic, the only person he should be defending is himself. Made a bad name for himself on Avenue Z in Brooklyn and somehow slipped past and continues to rip people off. Lster found several individuals that went through divorce hell just because of his firm. Others were imprisoned and the prosecutor told them to thank Arkady for their sentence. I was referred to him by another crook. I had no experience with lawyers. Hey,if there is freedom of speech, I have an obligation to warn people. He will not end your life,but will ruin it.

These people are not divorce attorneys and especially not experienced. They don't respond to calls, emails, and consistently and repeatedly fail to communicate. At times, I waited for a week for them to get back to me. When they do respond, they avoid questions asked and talk about nonsense that doesn't address anything. They say they filed papers in court and I find out months later it was never done. They failed to take action when it was absolutely necessary. Confronting them is useless because they are always full of excuses as to why something wasn't done and on time. There was always a different attorney at each court date, but never a divorce/ family attorney. The whole staff is incompetent, from the secretary and paralegals to the attorneys, including Arkady Bukh himself. This law office does not employ attorneys that are capable of handling your legal matters competently. They are only good for extorting money and lying to clients. Complaint was filed with the Bar Association.

Arkady Bukh might be slightly overrated, but he does what he is paid for (a lot): he does his job. It is true that his office staff is far more eager to respond while you are due for payment rather than when you demand answers, but yet again the result justifies this pitfall. After all, I got a small discount at the end. As per case, it was a possession of controlled substance that got dismissed.

Someone I know created a negative rating for this firm using facts from my estate case without properly understanding all the details. In fact this firm is very decent, they did their best under difficult circumstances and they are doing their best to keep my costs down knowing my financial circumstances for which i am very grateful. Both Arkady Buth and Nicholas Woolridge, his senior associate are handling this matter very capably. They are moving quickly to settle in away that will keep my costs down and provide for a happy resolution. As I cannot undo that posting done for my case, i cna at least provide a more accurate portrayal and recommend Bukh and Associates for my friends and relatives.

For this level of service you should charge your clients twice as much. Best family lawyer I ever had (and that's my 3rd divorce) .You are the attorney for my next pre-nup , but not soon I'll enjoy my freedom for a while.
