Marcia Doyle does not follow through with paperwork and covers her mistakes by blaming the administrative offices that are needed to process paperwork. Her mistake caused for increased fines and license suspension which then followed with an increased insurance rate. Also, since she practices in a family firm she does not have others in her firm check her work. Lastly, she was a slum landlord in Sycaway and and convinced the town inspector not to ticket her for the violations which were dangerous. First, 3 of the apartments did not have safe fire exits. Also wiring was not to code on the first and second floor apartment.
