My personal experience,we hired Friedman Law associates, a yr ago to do a modification, trying to despertly to keep our home, it would take 4 months. We also had a payment schedule for the retainer fee which we paid in full, now after a year of no results this attorney Friedman law. is now asking us for more money, this don't sound right after we have paid in full already, we were not informed of any other fees that would be due. We received a Email tellin us that if we don't pay tue extra money that our case will be closed & we would be consider as services rendered with no refund. I even had one of the employees yell at me and tell me it's only $500 so how dare i be i upset. We have stuck to request & the payment schedule & we feel that this is unfair, on top of hiring them to help up save our home and representing us, now we have lost any trust we might have had. They are suppose o help us but we feel deceived & taken advantage of. We do not have modification or rarely reach them.
