Engaged Howard Felsenfeld to finalize terms of a divorce settlement that was already agreed upon by myself and my former partner. Even though we entered the office already having agreed upon terms, only looking for a firm to draft the agreement and file, Howard Felsenfeld actually created a sense of contention between us by interjecting his opinions in a divisive, harmful way. His reasoning was loaded with double-talk.
