Mr. Alex Solomiany is a great attorney and knows his immigration law!. He told use the truth about my husbands legal problems. He gave use options and charged us a fair price. I highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with Alex Solomiany. Prior to seeing him, my husband and I went to visit 6 immigration lawyers and they all said that ours was a lost case & to not even attempt at obtaining any legality in this country.
Dr. Solomiany gave us hope & guided us through the entire process. We were recently married & he assisted us in obtaining the I-130, the I-601A Waiver, the embassy interview & ultimately the Resident Visa & Green Card.
Thanks to Dr. Solomiany, we were not separated at any point in the process & we can now plan a bright future for our 2 kids in this country.
In regards to the fees, he NEVER raised the amount originally agreed upon, charged us 55% in 2 installments prior to the trip to Honduras & did not collect remaining balance until we were back in the States with our Green Card & Social Security in hand & case resolutely closed.
We will forever be grateful to Dr. Solomiany for his help & will wholeheartedly recommend him to all friends, family & readers.

I had a terrible experience with this lawyer, he is charismatic at first, but once you paid the full fee, good luck in getting your money worth. I strongly do not recommend this lawyer, please try at least 3 other options. Main reason I paid over $3000 for his services, he said he will go to immigration meetings as many time is neccessery, well I was out of town, I need him to go to immigration office and do something for the case, he came back to me replying he need it $400.00 to make that visit, also he tries to get along with the immigration officers regardless you been mistreated by them, he never showed any intentions to really defend you against their prejudice.

My family and I are forever grateful to Alex. Many other immigration lawyers would not even take my husband's case, they told us our case was a lost cause. Alex took my husband's case and after several years of work, we won! My husband is now a US citizen! This lawyer is great and goes above and beyond to help his clients. If you have an "unwinnable" immigration case, call him. You will not regret it!

I have no idea what the previous person is talking about. This attorney is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He will do exactly as he explains what he will do on your case. He is very well liked amongst the USCIS officers and never charges everything upfront. He actually does payment plans and is the only attorney I know that would go that extra mile for you. I guess you can't believe everything you hear. Always go for a second opinion. Trust me you wont regret it. My family and I are eternally grateful to this Attorney when all others couldn't help us he sure knew how and did and fought for our case just like those that recommended us and that recommended them! He will request for the full amount of his fee, and once the paper work is filed, he will not be agressive to follow up with the case, my case took over 2 yrs and I was the one who wrote a letter to uscis to be process. Also when I asked him to get an info pass and inquire about the case he want $400.00 more which obviously I said no. He will also not keep you update of the situation. El pide por adelantado su pago en 100% y una vez que el caso haya sido archivado, el tiempo pasa y el no es agresivo para preguntar porque la demora, mi caso lo tuve 2 anos y yo tuve que escribir una carta al uscis para que lo procesen. Tambien una vez le pide que fuera a la oficina averiguar del retraso del caso, me pidio $400 que obviamente le dije que no. y ademas no te mantiene informado de ningun cambio.
