Richard McConathy is simply the best lawyer in Texas period! The whole staff is great. Always on top of things, calls, emails, and the attention to clients and service is beyond anything I can say. Mr. McConathy helped my son in a serious legal matter. He was successful at getting the charges reduced and a smaller sentence as a result. I am thankful for his assistance in this difficult time. I am glad he took and our case and would use him again.......let's hope that never happens!

When your future is at stake it is crucial to hire an attorney that will fight for you and that is exactly what Mr. McConathy did in my case. He represented me in a way that was exceptional, professional and & exemplified having a passion for making a wrong, right. I was facing a DWI and I had also refused a breathalyzer which required blood drawn. This is normally an automatic suspension with the DMV, but with the defense strategy and Mr. McConathy's representation, not only did the DMV judge not suspend my license but actually dismissed it! Next came the actual DWI criminal case that took 9 months. The prosecutor offered a plea that Mr. McConathy recommended that I did not take and we set for Jury Trial. At the hearing prior to the trial the Prosecutor agreed to Dismiss! This outcome only happened due to the great defense strategy, dedication and hard work of this team. It was the best decision of my life and I highly recommend them.

The decision to hire Richard McConathy Law firm turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Both of the attorneys, Richard McConathy and Brian Bolton, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I came up with several different lists of questions and they always made time for a meeting and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The entire staff was very professional and prompt, I was kept up to date through emails and anytime I needed to talk to someone whether on the phone or in person they always made it happen in a timely manner. I had a serious felony charge that could have resulted in a serious punishment, yet through their knowledge and persistence we were able to get the punishment reduced to a fraction of the potential sentence. I was very pleased with the ending result and the way I was treated throughout the entire time. I would highly recommend Richard McConathy Law Firm.

Absolutely pitiful representation, they only desire to swindle you out of your money. Complete disregard to their clients woes, and I honestly feel that this firm is a gang of crooks. Brian Bolton is two-faced and carries himself very unprofessionally in court. As for Richard, he is essentially a used car salesman with an education. They are simply looking to rip off as many people as possible.

Long story short, I'm a straight laced citizen in my county. I ran into some complications in a car wreck i was involved in and sought out professional advice from this lawyer. In the beginning all was well, toward the end nothing panned out the way we discussed, i was just another number in their office. I was hounded for payment after paying faithfully on our agreement, the office drained my account without notifying me and refused to help me any further. Christina that handles payment, is rude and unprofessional. I am taking my complaints to the BBB. They're a RIP OFF!
