I discussed the retainer agreement with Mr Brass in his office and paid his retainer fee. FOUR months later after he had already been representing me I received a written fee agreement (which was first sent to me from Mr Brass with a different client's name and information on it). The fee agreement was not at all consistent with what he had verbally told me. I found him to be incredibly incommunicative and unresponsive to my attempts for updates on my case as well. I should have listened to the multiple people in the legal community in SLC who suggested I use a different attorney! Avoid this guy at all costs.
